SHOPPING AT MAGPIE BEAUTY
You can purchase our products via the website www.magpiebeauty.co.uk. We do not have a minimum order value. Once your order is placed you will receive an automatic order confirmation. If any products are not available on your order, we will either contact you via the email provided or enclose a slip in your order informing you of item(s) on back order. These will be dispatched out to you as soon as possible. Magpie Beauty Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.
The price for each product on www.magpiebeauty.co.uk is shown in GBP (UK Sterling) excluding VAT. All payments will be taken in GBP (UK Sterling). All prices are correct at the time, however some pricing errors may occur. Magpie Beauty Limited reserves the right to change prices without notice, explanation or notification. VAT is not charged on Royal Mail deliveries.
Orders via our website can be processed by World Pay, PayPal and PayPal Express (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo).
MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless Magpie Beauty Limited have been advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period. Magpie Beauty Limited or our carrier will not accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery or missing items.
DELIVERY & CHARGES
Magpie Beauty Limited aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This can be subject to stock availability. Times quoted are not guaranteed or binding. Magpie Beauty Limited accept no responsibility for transport delays. The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.
We accept no cancellation once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN OF GOODS
Magpie Beauty Limited can only accept returns under the following conditions
- Damaged goods (either during or before delivery)
- Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
- Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)
In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.
In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Magpie Beauty at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund. For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.

All software used on the website is the sole property of Magpie Beauty Limited or our software suppliers. You may not extract or re use any part of the contents of this website without the written consent of Magpie Beauty Limited. Magpie Beauty Limited grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download or modify it. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller. Neither this website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of Magpie Beauty Limited.
All images belong to Magpie Beauty Limited. We own the exclusive rights to visuals and reserve the right to refuse the use at any time.
The Magpie Beauty website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material we will try to correct them as soon as we can.
Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the guidelines.
Magpie Glitter, Magpie Dust & Magpie Pigment are sold by weight, and not by a 'full jar'. Due to all products having different weight to volume, products may arrive looking at different levels in their jars. Magpie Beauty Limited cannot guarantee consistent colour batches. Colour batches may slightly vary.
Whilst we do our best to create products that do not change colour, we cannot guarantee this and Magpie products can be subject to colour change during the wear process. Please ensure correct after care is followed to reduce this.

PROFESSIONAL LOG IN
Magpie Beauty Limited have a strict policy with regards to retailing Magpie Gel Colour products to Professionals only. By ticking the Terms and Condition section during the Professional Account Set Up, you are agreeing to the following 'You, the name of the account holder are a nail professional and have the relevant qualifications/insurance to use Magpie Gel products and have attached the relevant image of your training certificate'. Magpie Beauty Limited reserve the right to refuse any sales failing validation.
Pre order wait will be listed in the product description. Once your order is placed, and in the pre order queue, Magpie Beauty Limited are unable to add any items, amend or cancel. If you have ordered other items on your order, they will be dispatched in full once pre orders are released.
